Longer-term as the pent-up demand for travel returns, more customers will be seeking the convenience of e-commerce and the security of being able to pay online. As you may know, part of the government’s RM20 billion stimulus package will include grants of RM1,000 to RM10,000 to promote the sale of products on e-commerce platforms, and there is likely to be a general increase in customer desire to purchase more online.
